What you'll do

• Review new orders in the electronic health record and time-card exceptions
• review shift coverage and prepare employee schedules
• report staff call-offs
• assist with medication destruction and physician-order review
• update resident functional evaluations and records
• audit medication administration records and storage
• assign duties
• provide companion and personal care, assist with daily activities and appointments as directed, and follow emergency and safety procedures.
