The Retail Merchandiser Peer Trainer role is an onsite position based in Raleigh, NC. 50 per hour, and this role supports the SAS Retail Services team in delivering high-quality retail experiences. This role exists to provide in-store merchandising support, including building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory. Additionally, the Peer Trainer assists leadership with onboarding, training, and coaching new team members to ensure operational success.

What you'll do

• Provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, track inventory, onboard new hires, and train and coach team members.
