The Pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis Behavior Analyst — BCBA role is an onsite, full-time position in Charlottesville, VA. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do
- Administer and supervise behavioral and functional assessments
- provide one-to-one clinic intervention
- develop individualized goals and behavior support plans
- implement data systems and evaluate progress
- teach and supervise behavior technicians
- conduct caregiver and teacher training and consultation
- oversee client programs and weekly technician supervision
- communicate with the Director of Pediatric ABA Services
- complete documentation and reports
- maintain and document a billable caseload.
