The Medical Assistant Float, Front and Back Office (PRN) role is onsite in Dallas, Texas, with assignments across practices in the Dallas area. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. 99 Healthcare Management supports physician practices with administrative services so providers can focus on patient care. This role provides flexible coverage across practice settings, supporting both clinical care and front-office operations. The assistant rooms patients, performs clinical procedures under provider direction, supports cardiac stress testing, maintains records and exam rooms, and handles patient check-in, scheduling, and payment tasks.

What you'll do

• Room patients, take vitals and histories
• assist with examinations and treatment
• administer injections and vaccinations, perform phlebotomy and start IVs as needed
• obtain EKGs and report abnormal findings
• support cardiac stress testing and monitor patients
• process prescription refills and callbacks
• maintain EMR records and clean and restock rooms
• perform front-desk duties including check-in, scheduling, insurance verification and payments
• provide administrative support at the Dallas corporate office
• maintain HIPAA compliance.
