Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II role is onsite in Issaquah, WA, with pay of $30–$32 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete and document work orders
• diagnose and repair building issues across multiple trades
• perform apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and inspections
• coordinate with vendors and contractors
• maintain work-order and safety documentation
• assist and provide technical guidance to Maintenance Technician I employees
• respond to urgent and after-hours needs as part of the on-call rotation.
