The Senior Vice President, Client Service role is onsite in New York, NY. Compensation is not specified. It also coordinates service across internal teams, partners with Relationship Managers on client strategy and growth, and mentors junior client service professionals.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and respond to inquiries
• drive client satisfaction through proactive service, issue resolution, and escalation management
• ensure adherence to contractual obligations, operational policies, risk controls, and KYC requirements
• advise clients on industry practices, product solutions, and regulatory developments
• partner with Relationship Managers on client strategy and growth
• coordinate across internal teams
• mentor junior Client Service professionals.

Why this role
