What you'll do

• Support capital projects from concept through completion
• prepare designs, equipment specifications, budgets, cost estimates, and schedules
• lead equipment upgrades and process improvements
• coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• evaluate processes and identify waste, throughput, and quality improvements
• support equipment installation and startup, root cause analysis, and maintenance initiatives
• prepare project documentation and procedures.
