What you'll do
- Supervise direct patient and family care team members in collaboration with site leadership
- oversee or support scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties
- ensure assessments and reassessments are completed and documented on time
- ensure services comply with regulatory requirements and professional standards
- promote adherence to protocols
- monitor service expenses with the interdisciplinary group and site leadership
- serve as a resource and liaison for social work, volunteer, music therapy, and bereavement departments.
