The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor — Every Weekend, 7 a.m.–11 p.m. role is onsite in Sykesville, MD. Pay is $41–$48 per hour. Copper Ridge Nursing & Assisted Living Center is seeking a nursing leader to support effective care and positive clinical outcomes in its skilled nursing facility. The RN Supervisor oversees clinical operations during the designated shift, serving as a liaison among nursing units, the Director of Nursing, the medical director, and nursing staff. The role supports resident care, staff performance, regulatory and policy compliance, and communication with families and physicians.

What you'll do

• Monitor residents’ health and assess care needs
• work with physicians on individual care plans
• maintain healthcare records and reports
• supervise, manage, and train LPNs and GNAs
• perform routine procedures, including medication administration and injections, and provide emergency care when needed
• collaborate with the DON on staffing coverage
• assess nursing staff performance
• support shift-to-shift communication
• review prospective admissions against nursing capabilities
• notify physicians and families of significant health changes
• investigate and address complaints.
