What you'll do

• Welcome prospective residents and tour communities
• prepare lease paperwork, conduct credit and background checks, and communicate through move-in
• support local and digital marketing
• respond to resident and guest questions, concerns, and maintenance requests
• contact prospects and schedule tours
• assist with renewals and retention
• maintain leasing files and resident databases, prepare reports, and process rental payments.
