What you'll do

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service
• follow operational procedures and food safety requirements
• support guest service and food quality
• work with team members on sales growth initiatives
• assist with training employees and identifying candidates for Shift Lead roles
• respond to guest questions and complaints and escalate concerns
• help analyze operational and financial performance
• and monitor costs and budgets.
