What you'll do

• Lead welders, plumbers and pipefitters, and laborers
• assign daily work and monitor productivity
• conduct safety meetings and enforce company policies and OSHA regulations
• oversee fabrication and assembly of piping, ductwork, support systems, and other mechanical components
• interpret drawings and plans
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, and departments
• inspect completed work
• maintain progress and testing documentation
• and train and mentor team members.
