What you'll do

• Prepare and check structural analyses, designs, plans, specifications, and estimates
• plan projects and oversee design implementation and quality
• perform structural analysis and design
• lead and mentor team members
• assess deteriorated components and remaining capacity
• prepare construction documents and technical reports
• conduct inspections and field investigations as needed
• perform QA/QC reviews
• support business development, client meetings, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews.
