The role supervises staff, manages budgets and records, addresses resident concerns, and maintains productive relationships with HUD and community partners.

What you'll do

• Conduct move-ins, move-outs, and recertifications under HUD requirements
• maintain resident, vendor, and facility files
• process vouchers and tenant documents
• manage building and grounds within operating budgets
• supervise assistant management, service coordination, maintenance, and housekeeping staff
• participate in operating budgets and capital plans
• address resident relations, grievances, and eviction proceedings
• maintain relationships with HUD and local agencies
• prepare reports and management summaries
• assist with training and file audits.
