What you'll do

• Model outstanding customer service and a patient-centered culture
• train, develop, and engage staff
• communicate with patients, providers, staff, and leadership
• participate in regional manager meetings and lead daily huddles and monthly staff/provider meetings
• partner with the Regional Manager on reporting and solutions
• oversee daily clinic operations
• manage staff schedules and overtime
• oversee inventory and daily receipts and collections
• maintain accurate provider schedules
• implement company initiatives
• and troubleshoot operational issues.
