Quality Manager — Aerospace Repair and Overhaul

The manager leads the site’s Quality Management System and Quality organization, ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, customer quality, and continuous improvement. The role develops the quality team and partners with operations, engineering, and supply chain to prevent defects and sustain effective corrective actions.

What you'll do

• Lead and improve the site Quality Management System
• ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 145, AS9100, customer, regulatory, and applicable Nadcap requirements
• lead audits and supplier oversight
• manage nonconformance and corrective-action processes
• partner with operations and engineering to improve processes
• maintain training and qualification requirements
• monitor quality indicators and report performance.
