What you'll do

• Manage regional clinical managers and multi-state therapist teams
• provide performance coaching, group supervision, and clinical mentoring
• collaborate with Medical Services and Clinical Leadership on evidence-based protocols and documentation
• support therapist recruitment, onboarding, schedule capacity, and retention
• oversee quality improvement and compliance with state regulations.
