Must have an understanding and be able to complete tasks from foundation to top out including window and door installations, plus finish/trim carpentry. Electrical knowledge a plus. Understand and coordinate with other trades including HVAC and plumbing. Other helpful trade knowledge includes masonry, drywall, tile, roofing, etc.
