What you'll do

• Perform routine patient care and technical and supportive clinic functions
• maintain proficiency in reception, front-office, back-office, intake, and medical-record processes
• monitor patient scheduling and check-in/check-out
• support collections and deposits
• help meet quality and regulatory requirements
• assist patients with financial questions
• maintain medical-record integrity
• coordinate with nursing staff
• and help order office and medical supplies.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, current American Heart Association BLS card, and a California driver’s license with valid auto insurance. An associate degree in a business-related field is preferred.
