The Paraeducator provides personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students in grades K-9. This role exists to assist classroom educators in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEP), ensuring students receive tailored instruction and behavioral interventions to reach their full potential.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment
• implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions
• monitor student progress
• manage student behavior
• support students with learning disabilities and behavioral disorders
• maintain accurate documentation
• communicate with staff and families
• participate in accreditation activities.
