What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and policies
• respond to incidents and access concerns and escalate as appropriate
• conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the property perimeter
• verify visitor, contractor, and delivery driver authorization
• document patrols and incidents and communicate relevant information to site contacts and company leadership.
