What you'll do

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide banking assistance by telephone and chat
• identify customer needs
• complete training on product lines, internal operations, and customer service
• use core banking, debit card, loan payment, and bill pay systems
• participate in the referral program and meet quarterly goals
• accurately log customer activity and communications
• learn relevant banking laws, regulations, and practices, including Bank Secrecy Act and anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering policies.
