Caregiver — Part-Time Morning Shift

The Caregiver role is onsite in Andover, Minnesota, on a part-time schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Compensation is $20 per hour, or $21 per hour for candidates with a valid CNA certificate. The role supports residents at Personal Care Senior Living. The caregiver provides direct assistance and daily support to residents while promoting independence, safety, and well-being. The position also documents care, reports changes in residents’ conditions to the RN Supervisor, and works with the care team to support residents’ individual service plans.

What you'll do

• Administer medications and reminders as directed by the Medication Administration Record and RN Supervisor
• assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, showering, grooming, toileting, and escorting
• support room order and laundry
• document care and changes in condition and report them to the RN Supervisor
• encourage participation in activities
• communicate with residents, families, and staff
• follow infection-control and applicable facility policies.

Why this role
