The role supports veterinarians and clients by assisting with patient care, examinations, diagnostics, prescriptions, and clinic upkeep, helping the clinic provide organized care for animal patients.

What you'll do

• Obtain patient histories
• assist the doctor during physical exams and with animal restraint
• educate clients on basic pet care
• run lab tests and help perform radiographs
• invoice procedures and appointments
• fill or refill prescriptions as directed
• clean exam rooms and maintain laundry and pharmacy areas
• present treatment estimates
• receive and organize inventory.
