TITLE: Desktop Support Technician. DEPARTMENT: GO End-User Services. The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing end user support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment. This role will install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade all PC hardware and technology-related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
