What you'll do

• Lead the Eastern Florida portfolio and execute business plans aligned with ownership objectives
• communicate property management agreement terms
• drive performance across approximately 1,500 units, including NOI growth, occupancy, and expense control
• advocate for property needs using data-driven recommendations
• manage cost control, revenue, and delinquencies
• lead budgets, reforecasts, and financial reviews
• ensure timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
• train and motivate associates
• maintain property and competitor knowledge
• oversee policy compliance, legal responsibilities, risk management, safety, liability, and rent-ready preparation.
