What you'll do

• Monitor schedules in real time, identify missed or unscheduled shifts, notify site management, and update service records. Maintain attendance exception records
• respond to safety checks and emergencies
• train officers on call-in procedures
• communicate account issues
• manage requests in the Guard Management Platform
• route calls
• and prepare client after-action reports.
