What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of catering business focused on weddings and social events
• generate business through prospecting, networking, partnerships, referrals, and client visits
• respond to inquiries, conduct discovery conversations and property tours, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business
• guide clients through menus, room setup, timing, décor, and guest experience
• upsell event offerings
• manage contracts, deposits, payment schedules, and event documentation
• prepare Banquet Event Orders
• coordinate with culinary, banquet, and hotel teams.
