Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers
• manage employee compliance processes including background checks, clinical requirements, and I-9 documentation
• collaborate with training and compliance teams to facilitate New Employee Orientation
• maintain new-hire information and employee records in ADP
• gather and organize documentation for business-unit audits
• assist with employee engagement activities, reports, and exit surveys
• answer employee questions about HR policies and procedures
• maintain confidentiality
• travel as needed to support various locations.
