What you'll do

• Serve as Clinical Administrator under DC DBH Chapter 30
• supervise 7–9 clinicians through individual supervision, case consultation, coaching, and documented feedback
• provide assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, documentation, and care coordination
• review records for quality and medical necessity
• support risk assessment and safety planning
• monitor access, service quality, productivity, and outcomes
• support hiring, onboarding, development, and evaluations
• coordinate workflows, policies, grievances, audits, reporting, and certification readiness.

Why this role
