What you'll do

• Open or close the kitchen as needed
• prepare appetizers and entrees and keep the kitchen line stocked
• wash and sanitize dishes, pans, and utensils
• clean and maintain the dish machine
• organize clean dishes
• empty trash and sweep or mop as needed
• clean prep stations and equipment
• coordinate food preparation with front-of-house staff
• and provide customer service to guests.
