Social Services Director

The Social Services Director role is onsite in Logan, UT, with compensation of $60,000–$66,500 per year. The director leads CAPSA’s Social Services Department, including case managers, interns, and the Hospital Response Team, in support of survivor-centered advocacy. The director oversees daily supervision, program management, and strategic direction while supporting staff, strengthening programs, and coordinating services. The role also contributes to agency planning, policy development, compliance, and continuous improvement to support high-quality client services.
