The role supports the senior property manager at Saturday Properties LLC, helping drive property performance, operational consistency, and resident experience. The assistant manager helps oversee financial performance, leasing activity, resident accounts, compliance, vendor coordination, maintenance partnership, and reporting. The role also acts as property manager in their absence and supports resident service, team accountability, and property operations.

What you'll do

• Act as property manager in their absence
• review financials and identify performance opportunities
• assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• monitor occupancy, renewals, delinquency, and collections
• manage resident accounts and delinquency processes
• coordinate vendors and maintenance
• support audits, leasing, renewals, resident concerns, events, and compliance.
