Transportation Officer — Detainee Transport

What you'll do

• Inspect vehicles before, during, and after trips
• complete vehicle inspection reports
• verify permits, licenses, and safety equipment
• complete transportation paperwork
• secure and escort detainees
• follow applicable laws and safety procedures
• report accidents and provide information to authorities
• deliver vehicles for servicing
• for South Carolina assignments, maintain courtroom order, monitor access, escort detainees, and report safety or medical needs.
