Central Quality Manager

The Central Quality Manager role is onsite in Mount Pleasant, WI, with annual pay of $100,000–$120,000. The position is part of the Supporting Quality Department and drives quality management and continuous improvement across electronics manufacturing operations at FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group company. The role exists to maintain quality standards and compliance while improving manufacturing processes and product outcomes. It leads quality systems, audits, metrics, corrective actions, and cross-functional problem solving across SMT, PCBA, assembly, and test processes.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements
• drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
• oversee audits and corrective actions
• monitor quality metrics and develop KPIs and dashboards
• collaborate with production, engineering, supplier, and customer quality teams
• maintain SOPs and quality documentation
• lead problem-solving for manufacturing defects
• support new product introduction and process validation
• review control plans and PFMEA
• oversee SMT process quality and inspection strategies
• manage customer complaints and escalations
• oversee supplier quality
• implement statistical process control
• train and mentor team members
• support quality-system digitalization and traceability
• lead containment and rapid response.
