What you'll do

• Implement and configure online booking tools such as SAP Concur, Spotnana, and Cytric
• participate in client discovery and document business needs
• provide functional and technical support to internal teams, travel agents, and clients
• investigate and resolve system issues
• maintain configurations, test systems, and administer users, profiles, permissions, and settings
• coordinate implementations and ongoing operations
• and document processes and best practices.
