What you'll do

• Provide guest service
• master and explain store products, including Game Show Studio
• explain and enforce booking and cancellation policies
• coordinate start times and events with Game Masters
• welcome groups
• sell merchandise and record inventory
• answer questions and manage bookings by phone or walk-in
• plan and host birthday parties and corporate events
• handle email correspondence
• resolve issues
• maintain lobby and workspace cleanliness
• assist with training.
