What you'll do

• Own activation performance targets and milestone tracking toward the 75-day goal
• identify risks and lead responses
• guide portfolio and site sequencing
• diagnose delays across regulatory, legal, site readiness, and study startup
• design repeatable processes and playbooks
• partner with Product and Technology on visibility systems
• clarify cross-functional roles and handoffs
• coordinate with Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial, and Study Success
• develop vendor partnerships
• build the activations team and establish operating cadence and accountability.
