Packaging Technician / Operator — 2nd Shift

The Packaging Technician / Operator role is onsite in Green Bay, WI, with a 2nd-shift schedule of 3:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m., Monday–Thursday. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Nature’s Way product packaging and quality operations. The technician operates packaging equipment, checks product quality, documents production, and addresses minor equipment issues to help keep production running safely and smoothly. The position also maintains clean work areas and prepares finished products for distribution.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment
• perform quality checks and identify defects
• troubleshoot minor machine issues
• follow SOP and cGMP requirements
• maintain clean and sanitary work areas, equipment, and materials
• complete production and quality documentation
• pack, label, stack, and prepare finished products
• use pallet jacks and hand and power tools
• report safety, quality, or operational concerns
• wear required PPE.
