Process and Product Quality Associate

Job overview

The Process and Product Quality Associate role is full-time and onsite in Tucson, AZ. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. The position supports quality inspection for Krosswood Doors, part of the InteriorWorx family of companies. The associate checks door components and finished products against specifications, documents defects and inspection results, and works with production colleagues and management on corrective actions. The role also recommends process and inspection improvements to help maintain product quality and compliance with the quality management system.

What you'll do

• Inspect door assembly slabs, components, and finished products
• use rulers, tape measures, and gauges to check dimensions, functionality, and performance
• document defects and non-conformities
• verify compliance with quality standards
• maintain inspection records
• collaborate on corrective actions
• recommend process and inspection protocol improvements.
