Overnight Floor Technician — Palmetto General Hospital (5:00 PM–1:30 AM)

The Overnight Floor Technician role is onsite at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, Florida, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Compensation is $15 per hour. The role supports hospital environmental services and infection-control measures through floor cleaning and sanitation. The technician cleans, maintains, and inspects floors in patient, public, and staff areas, using floor-care equipment and established procedures. What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, buff, strip, wax, and polish floors
• operate auto-scrubbers, buffers, waxers, and vacuums
• apply floor finishes and follow procedures for different floor types
• follow chemical and equipment safety protocols and place wet-floor signs
• inspect floors and report damage
• maintain supplies and equipment inventory
• coordinate with Environmental Services staff
• assist with general housekeeping, trash removal, and cleaning high-touch surfaces.
