Associate Field Consultant

What you'll do

• Manage and oversee an assigned store
• work with a Field Consultant on training and development
• support recruiting and interviewing
• lead, train, and coach employees
• maintain store safety, security, equipment, and image standards
• maximize sales and gross profit
• oversee merchandising and product availability
• review accounting paperwork and financial issues
• inspect stores
• respond to crises
• cover Field Consultant vacation as assigned
• attend operations and development meetings
• maintain required ServSafe and Cravin’s To Order training.
