Solutions Through Innovative Technologies provides professional business and information management services; this position supports the U.S. Special Operations Command’s SOF Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics mission through contractor support to the Acquisition Logistics Directorate. The role exists to manage personnel and work supporting the Enterprise Logistics Management System across warehouse, maintenance and utilization, inventory control, property accountability, and materiel management modules. It coordinates concurrent projects, contract requirements, staffing, schedules, quality, and reporting to help deliver logistics-system support to Special Operations Forces supply activities.

What you'll do

• Direct and oversee ELMS program manpower and ongoing activities
• assist with cost proposal validation and subcontractor coordination
• provide required reports to the Contracting Officer’s Representative
• ensure timely recruitment and onboarding
• develop logistics processes and project, change, and risk management plans
• manage contract personnel and assign and supervise task efforts
• track schedules and milestones
• perform quality checks on work products
• coordinate with government representatives and address customer concerns
• ensure personnel complete required training.
