Caregiver / Support Professional – Paid Training

Job overview

The Caregiver / Support Professional – Paid Training role is onsite in Stockton, CA, with a stated Monday–Friday schedule of 8 a.m.–4 p.m. and up to 30 hours per week during the internship; compensation is $16.90 per hour. All’s Well Healthcare’s paid shadow-training program is conducted with California’s Department of Developmental Services and supports adults with special needs. Working under an experienced Direct Service Professional mentor for up to three months, the intern learns to support people with developmental or intellectual needs in living more independently and fulfilling lives. Duties may vary by individual needs and goals, and the program may lead to permanent employment if there is a mutual fit.
