• oversee engagement staffing, budgets, schedules, and delivery
• review workpapers and financial statements
• provide technical leadership
• mentor and develop staff and managers
• support business development and client retention
• monitor engagement economics
• lead quality initiatives and use audit technology and analytics
• collaborate across service lines
• ensure ethics, regulatory, independence, and information security compliance.
