Packaging Specialist — 3rd Shift

The Packaging Specialist — 3rd Shift role is onsite in Baxter, MN. Pay is $22.00–$26.00 per hour. The role supports Lindar Corporation’s production operations. This position removes finished parts from a thermoforming line, checks product quality, packs and labels orders to customer specifications, and reports equipment or product issues to operators. It helps maintain accurate, safe, and consistent production and packaging.

What you'll do

• Remove finished product from the in-line thermoforming machine
• inspect parts for quality issues
• pack, tape, label, and palletize products to customer specifications
• verify quantities and complete paperwork
• report product or machinery problems
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
