The manager underwrites and structures commercial lending transactions, monitors credit quality and portfolio risk, and works with relationship managers and clients. This work supports sound lending decisions and ongoing management of client relationships.

What you'll do

• Underwrite, manage, and structure commercial lending transactions
• analyze borrower financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and industry trends
• assess loan requests and recommend structures
• assist with due diligence and opportunity memos
• monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, collateral coverage, and risk ratings
• manage documentation, amendments, and renewals with clients and internal partners
• support development of junior bankers, credit analysts, and relationship associates as appropriate.
