What you'll do

• Maintain technical understanding of processes and their effects on yield, rate, and availability
• lead basic equipment care
• investigate and help correct equipment issues
• coordinate with engineering and maintenance
• support quality, yield, and reliability improvements
• develop standard work and training materials
• identify safety, quality, and production risks
• support food safety practices
• train and coach employees
• and act as backup to the Operations Supervisor. Some activities, including emergency production rotation and safety investigations, may occur as needed.
