What you'll do

• Oversee building, grounds, and maintenance operations
• develop preventive maintenance programs
• supervise and schedule maintenance staff and, where applicable, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation teams
• oversee building systems, vendors, contracts, and capital projects
• monitor budgets and regulatory compliance
• inspect units before occupancy
• and respond to after-hours emergencies. On-call support and participation in an on-call manager-on-duty rotation are required.
