What you'll do

• Provide strategic guidance to the Director of Program Management Office, asset team, and stakeholders
• manage operating resources and capital assets
• guide asset management programs across facilities, fleet/MOVE, personal property, security, aviation, and special projects
• oversee asset operations and maintenance, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• plan meetings, assessments, and corrective actions
• support budgets and schedules
• enforce safety, compliance, and security procedures
• advise clients on asset strategies
• travel to sites as needed.
